On-Site Lodging — Steps From the Pavilion

Bed to blind in 200 yards.

On-site lodging built on the property. The Roost is our newest addition — the most spacious sleeping option on the farm. The Bunkhouse complements it for overflow.

01 The Roost

Our newest lodging addition.

The Roost is the most spacious unit on the property and the centerpiece of our on-site lodging. Sleeping up to eight guests, it has everything you could need for a long weekend — a full kitchen, a full bath setup, comfortable common areas, and a short walk to every blind, the pavilion, and the 5-Stand range.

Whether you’re bringing a hunt party, a corporate group, or a wedding party, The Roost is built to be the home base for the whole stay.

  • Sleeps up to 8 — the most spacious unit on the property
  • Full kitchen, full bath, generous common areas
  • Steps from the pavilion, blinds, and 5-Stand range
  • Comfortable furnishings, fresh linens, and all the essentials
  • Newest on-property build — finishing touches still being added

Updated photos coming soon — we’re wrapping the final touches.

02 The Bunkhouse

The complement to the Roost.

The Bunkhouse is the cozier counterpart to The Roost — sleeping four, with a full bathroom and a half-kitchen. It’s the right call for hunt-party overflow, extra wedding-party space, or for a smaller group that wants the same on-property access without taking the whole Roost.

  • Sleeps up to 4
  • Full bathroom & half kitchen
  • Steps from the Roost, pavilion, and the rest of the property
  • Comfortable furnishings, fresh linens, and full essentials
  • Starlink Wi-Fi included
  • Note: requires staircase access

04 The Cabin

The Cabin — coming soon.

The Cabin is a 1,350 sq ft cedar log build overlooking the back and front ponds. For now, the Vaughan family is living in it while their permanent residence is finished — so it isn’t yet available to guests. Once construction wraps, the Cabin will join The Roost and The Bunkhouse as a third on-property lodging option.

  • 1,350 sq ft modern cedar log build
  • Panoramic views of the back & front ponds
  • Spacious front & back patios
  • Stone fire pit & patio heaters
  • Not currently available to guests.

05 Stay & Hunt

Wake up 200 yards from the blind.

Most hunting groups stay on-site at least one night. Pre-dawn duck hunts and early upland mornings are a lot easier when your bed is across the property line, not 30 minutes down the road.

01

Closer to the action

Both buildings sit steps from the pavilion, the impoundments, and the 5-Stand range. Walk to the blind in your boots.

Hunt-package pricing

Bundle lodging with any hunt for combined per-person pricing — just ask when you book.

03

Group-friendly

Roost (8) + Bunkhouse (4) = up to 12 sleeping on-site. Perfect for a hunt party, corporate group, or wedding party. (The Cabin opens once family construction wraps.)
